Hearing Link drop-in sessions set for Edinburgh

hearing loss support in NHS Lothian regionNHS patients in Edinburgh will soon be able to access our unique support through a new pilot service.

Hearing Link volunteers will be providing emotional and practical support at monthly drop-in sessions to be held at the Adult Audiology Department, Lauriston Place, Edinburgh.

Our team, who all have direct experience of living with hearing loss, will be on hand to support individuals and their family members with any questions they may have for managing changes in their hearing, as well as signposting to local services that could support them.

The pilot programme, which will run for 6 months initially, begins on Friday 29th June from 1.30 and 4pm.  Sessions will then run at two week intervals thereafter.

The service is open to patients of NHS Lothian. To find out more, download our poster.
