Inclusive workplace experience survey – Northern Ireland

The Equality Commission for Northern Ireland (ECNI) is looking views and experience on inclusive working environments.

It has opened two surveys for employees and employers across Northern Ireland to share their perspective. To take part, follow the links below. Each survey only takes 10 minutes to complete and will be anonymous.

The Commission is asking the business community, community and voluntary sector, public authorities, trade unions and employers of all sizes, in all sectors to complete the questionnaire for their organisations.  They are also keen for as many employees as possible to complete it too. The higher the response rate, the better the Commission’s understanding of workplaces in Northern Ireland will be.  The  findings will be used to inform our guidance for employers and enhance examples of good practices.

If you would like any further information about the survey, please contact Glenda Doherty by emailing: Research@equalityni.org, or call 028 90500600. There is also further information on its website.
