We have a bank of useful resources that you can access to share with your patients, colleagues, and employees on the topic of hearing loss.

You can download electronic copies of some of our literature from this webpage, request hard copy versions via the form below.

Please note: We are only able to provide a limited number of hard copies. If you wish to request a higher quantity please contact us with your requirements. Requests will take five working days to process.

Literature

Services leaflet: An A5 folded leaflet overviewing the services offered by Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, incorporating Hearing Link Services. Find out all the ways we can support your patients, their family members, and friends.

Helpdesk: Download our A4-sized poster for your waiting room directing your patients, colleagues, or staff members to our Helpdesk service. Easy-to-use QR code to direct them swiftly to this service.

Shop flyer: We offer a range of carefully designed products to support a person’s hearing and communication. Our A5-sized leaflet directs your patients to our online shop website.

Product catalogue: Browse a snapshot of the most popular items in our hearing loss product range. This A5-sized leaflet also includes an order form and freepost return envelope.

Digital services postcard: Quick guide of how to access our digital resources and Helpdesk service. (not available for download)

QR beneficiary card: Our business card featuring QR code directing people with hearing, who are not sure what next steps to take, to our further information form. Here, they can request for one of our team to speak to them directly about their individual needs. (not available for download).

LinkUps: An A5-sized booklet which talks in more detail about our LinkUps – offered in person and online – and how they can help an individual with hearing loss, their families and friends.

Self-help videos postcard: Our handy postcard advertising our new self-help video section offering information and advice on topics important to people with hearing loss. Include information on sudden hearing loss, understanding audiology appointment and more. (not available for download)

inTouch magazine: The feature magazine for Hearing Dogs and Hearing Link Services communities. Read inspirational stories of people living with hearing loss, information about our services and products that can help you.


Self-help videos

Head over the latest addition to our website – a new self-help video section. It is packed full of useful information about hearing loss topics, that will be of interest to you and your patients.

Find videos on the topics of ‘Understanding your audiology appointment’ and ‘Sudden Hearing Loss’.
