We work in communities throughout the UK offering information and support to both the individual with hearing loss, their families and friends. We connect with people wherever possible to provide support.
We meet via online and in-person one-to-one sessions, we give talks to groups and clubs, we take part in trade shows, and meet people during our fundraising activity.
We start conversations about hearing loss, talk about the challenges people are facing, share our experience, and chat about our range of personalised services.
Our support is delivered by our knowledgeable volunteers, who have lived or professional experience of hearing loss, and also our experienced staff.
The types of support we offer in local communities includes:
- Hearing Support Sessions
- Hearing Information Days
- Hearing Loss Community Days
- Community Days
- Talks and events
