Survey: Consultation on Adult Disability Payment draft regulations – Scotland

The Scottish Government has opened a consultation on draft regulations for Adult Disability Payment (ADP) which will be replacing Personal Independence Payment (PIP) in Scotland.

The consultation will remain open until 15th March 2021, and your views are being sought via an online survey.

ADP is a significant milestone in the development of the Scottish security system and it is key the views of disabled people are shared, including those who are deaf, deafblind or have hearing loss. It will ensure meaningful changes can be made to the way in which this new benefit system is delivered.
