Hearing Link over Christmas and New Year
Our online Helpdesk and LiveChat services will close from 12 noon on Wednesday 22 December and will reopen at 9.00am on Tuesday 4 January.
However, we will still monitor the Helpdesk every day. The festive period can be a tricky time for some people, so we can guide you towards emotional support in English and BSL if you are feeling particularly low or lonely.
There will also be information for anyone who has suddenly experienced a change in their hearing.
Our online shop will close for the Christmas holidays at 12 noon on 22 December and reopen at 9am on 4 January. Orders can be placed securely online during this period, but they will not be processed and despatched until w/c 3 January. All enquiries will be responded to after this date also.
