CASE STUDY QUOTE FROM HELPDESK USER

Hearing loss can affect anyone at any time of life. This invisible disability can bring isolation, impact relationships and cause issues with safety. We know that getting the right help as early as possible can prevent further issues from developing.

All our volunteers and staff have lived or professional experience of hearing loss. We understand and will work with you to find the support and solutions that feel right for you. This could be group support sessions, information days, being partnered with a highly-skilled hearing dog, or something else.
