Views of UK hearing aid users are being sought through an online survey which focuses on hearing aid replacement and maintenance protocols in UK audiology clinics.

Hillary Cruise, an MSc Audiology student at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, has created the survey as part of the final requirement for her qualification.

The survey will ask UK hearing aid users to reflect on their experience of lost hearings and the circumstances in which they were lost. The online questions will also ask about occurrences both before, and during, the Coronavirus pandemic.

Hillary hopes her findings will help to build data that will assist in bettering the delivery of rehabilitative audiology services across the UK.
