Visitors supported at Hearing Information Day

What a great week it has been over at Hearing Dogs and Hearing Link Services.

We’ve had a fantastic time hosting our Hearing Information Day at our Southern Training Centre at The Grange in Buckinghamshire.

We welcomed over 100 people along to the Hearing Dogs 40th anniversary marquee so they could find out more about how our range of personalised hearing support services could help support their hearing or that of a friend or family member.

As well as the opportunity to speak to our wonderful volunteers, there was a chance to find out more about products we offer to support your hearing, and browse our visiting exhibitor stands kindly provided by Widex, Resound, Signia Hearing, Phonak, Unitron UK and Ireland, Starkey Hearing and Oticon.

We were also delighted to welcome NHS Windsor and to the amazing team from Aston Hearing who were offering hearing checks and ear advice on the day. Angie Platten, Director of Hearing Loss Services, said: “Our Hearing Information Days held near York and in Bucks have been wonderful events and we were pleased to see so many people over both days. We know how daunting it can be to experience changes in your hearing and not knowing what steps to take next. By coming along to our events, we hope our visitors have taken confidence, encouragement, and ideas away to help them in the next steps of their hearing journeys.”

Thank you to everyone who joined us on the day and to our exhibitors for providing such a helpful experience.

Stay tuned to the Hearing Link Services website for details of future events!
