Residential programme comes to Glasgow

Our first residential Self Management Programme (SMP) took place in Glasgow recently (2nd-4th September).

In a change to our recent SMPs, which typically take place one day a month for three consecutive months, this course was held over one weekend.

Thank you to everyone – and Ginger the hearing dog – who attended. A huge thanks also to our wonderful volunteers who led on the delivery of the programme.
