Survey: Views sought on adults social services in Wales for hearing loss

Our friends at Action on Hearing Loss Cymru have launched a survey on adult social services for people who are deaf or have hearing loss  in Wales.

The survey asks questions about people’s experiences of using adult social services and the service improvements they would like to see.

Your feedback will help Action on Hearing Loss Cymru develop new guidance for local authorities in Wales on delivering high-quality adult social services for people who are deaf or have hearing loss.

The charity will also be holding a focus group in Cardiff in early April to formulate views on the same subject. Participants will be given £10 for attending the focus group and travel expenses will be paid.

You can also sign up to take part in online focus groups discussions.  To find out more, please visit: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/focusgroupsignup2019
