Similar research has been conducted by BT and Ofcom over the last few years. Previous user research has helped to make significant improvements to the service and updates to supporting information such as the website.

Relay UK enables people who are deaf, hard of hearing and/or speech impaired to make and receive phone calls with an app installed on a smartphone, tablet or computer, or by using a textphone. A ‘relay assistant’ joins the call and transcribes speech to text and vice versa in real time. More detail on the Relay UK service can be found here.

To say thank you for taking part, on completion of the main survey Watermelon, will send you a £10 Amazon voucher. More information about how to qualify for the voucher can be found here.
